The assessment of the request identified Waters Edge desire to provide Newark Youth Soccer an auxiliary field.
Assessment:
Currently the Newark Soccer League is playing on 1 field with limited parking, creating scheduling conflicts resulting perhaps in individuals not willing to participate.
Field Construction: Moving dirt (approx 400 cubic yds), level field to grade, replace to soil, seed/straw, tile (if necessary).
Parking Lot: 30,000 sq/ft graded to level, Gravel.
Cost Estimate:
Equipment Rental: $6,900.00, fuel/lubricants $4,500.00, seed/straw $1,700.00, gravel $2,700.00, labor $38,000.00
Total job cost: $53,800
Job time frame: Estimated 5 weeks, projected completion date 7/7/07
